Return & Refund Policy (Tea, Dry Fruits, Nuts & Seeds Products)

Due to the nature of food and consumable items, all products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The package is tampered or incomplete

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food products
  • Tea, dry fruits, nuts, seeds once unsealed
  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery

3. Refund Process

  • Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • In some cases, replacement may be offered instead of refund

4. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
